About the Role
The Operations Coordinator is the connective tissue between our clients and our Support and Professional Services teams. You'll own the flow of projects and service requests, keep clients informed and confident, and help make our operations sharper and more proactive every day. This is a mid-level, client-facing coordination role where no two days look exactly the same.
What You'll Do
Service & Ticket Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming service requests — phone, email, and walk-in
- Triage, assign, and monitor tickets to keep resolutions timely and well-documented
- Coordinate technician schedules to ensure consistent coverage and fast response
- Spot opportunities to make the team more efficient and proactive
- Support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations as needed
Project & Client Coordination
- Manage the project calendar and serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Set up and maintain projects in our workflow platform, tracking milestones, budgets, and timelines
- Keep clients proactively informed of progress, changes, and next steps
- Review completed projects for accuracy, completeness, and quality
Operations Support
- Maintain an organized lab and equipment inventory
- Track loaner gear and ensure timely recovery
- Keep accurate records and implement processes to safeguard equipment

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, operations, or a similar coordination role
- Must reside within 30 miles of Chico, CA
- IT industry experience a plus — but not required
