You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the Chico office and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and create a welcoming, respectful environment
- Manage scheduling and maintain steady daily flow
- Answer phones clearly, professionally, and efficiently
- Coordinate intake visits and support smooth handoffs between team members
- Keep the office organized and running cleanly behind the scenes
- Follow established workflows while using sound judgment when needed
- Troubleshoot basic office or tech issues as they arise
