Essential Job Function
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive new business development and foster long-term relationships with manufacturing clients, directly influencing the company’s growth and your career trajectory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Initiates contact with manufacturing customers to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunities.
- Develops and implements new market strategies.
- Identifies and develops long-term customer relationships.
Sales Strategies and Execution:
- Leads negotiations and manages complex decision-making processes.
- Develops and delivers presentations that communicate the company's value.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Works with the operations team on weekly sales plans.
- Shares leads and customer knowledge with the sales team.
Follow-Up & Support:
- Ensures service issues are identified, understood, and solved.
- Provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management with the use of Salesforce.com.
- Maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business
- 3 Years territory sales experience preferred in a service or manufacturing market

- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Available to work assigned hours based on business need
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel to customer facility on short notice
