Job Title: CMM Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer for an 8-week contract project in Seymour, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CMM machines using Mitutoyo CMM MCOSMOS software.
• Set up and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Perform precise measurements, develop measurement programs, and analyze results.
• Generate comprehensive records and reports based on measurement results.
• Ensure that all measurements meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

• CMM Knowledge: Proficiency in operating and programming Mitutoyo CMM machines, specifically using MCOSMOS software.
• Blueprint and Gauging: Strong understanding of blueprints, general gauging, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Metrology Expertise: Solid background in metrology and mechanical aptitude.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and produce clear reports.
