- Provide ongoing training and development for your team
- Manage customer requirements and expectations
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and non-conformances
- Prepare reports and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support site success
- Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3 years managing salaried and hourly personnel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management
- Experience managing customer and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work hours based on business needs
