Quality Leader

💰 Pay: $19 - $21 per hour based on experience🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

12-hour rotating shifts (bi-weekly):

• A1 (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat | Week 2 – Sun, Wed, Thu
• A2 (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Week 1 – Sun, Wed, Thu | Week 2 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
• B1 (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM): Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat | Week 2 – Sun, Wed, Thu
• B2 (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM): Week 1 – Sun, Wed, Thu | Week 2 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites

• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met

• Train and coach team members

• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships

• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup

• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and motivate teams

• Customer service mindset

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
