🚗 Traveling Project Supervisor – Role Overview

This is a traveling position based in Russell Springs, KY. Candidates must be available to travel up to 1.5 hours in all directions, with occasional extended travel, often on short notice, to customer manufacturing plants or warehouses.

Availability to work weekends, as well as both first and second shifts, is required.

Project Supervisors are responsible for project setup, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. This role serves as the primary on-site customer contact and leads teams of Quality Inspectors to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure all assigned teams and locations operate in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety guidelines

• Develop work instructions and train Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors

• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships

• Oversee project setup, execution, and deliverables

• Provide ongoing coaching, communication, and performance feedback

• Complete all required training and follow company policies

• Perform additional duties as assigned
