Job Purpose

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and direct warehouse personnel in the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure all logistical services are performed to standard.
- Act as the Contractor’s on-site representative with full authority to sign inspection reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Monitor workflow to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
- Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety compliance of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Lead and participate in the setup and breakdown of logistics operations, events, or project-related movements.
- Analyze customer and project requirements to develop efficient logistical and technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records through established tracking systems.
- Drive government-provided vehicles as required for deliveries, transfers, or material transport.
- Provide superior customer service by responding promptly and effectively to service requests.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA, MHE, and Forklift safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification
- Active OSHA certification
- Active Forklift certification
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse operations and personnel.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
