Technical Sales Manager – West Coast / Pacific Northwest Territory

We’re recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-value West Coast territory with a strong book of business.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with a technical mindset, experience in industrial or mechanical services, and the ability to travel frequently while building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow key accounts across the West Coast / Pacific Northwest territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Deliver consultative solutions and provide technical guidance on industrial services
- Travel regionally (up to 60%), including overnight visits to sites in CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, and NV
- Collaborate with internal sales, estimating, and operations teams
- Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager / Director
What You Bring
- Proven B2B technical sales experience, ideally in industrial, mechanical, or technical services
- Comfortable with frequent travel and remote work
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Mechanical or industrial technical understanding preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- ISPE experience/background a plus, but not required
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
