What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior AI Engineer - Series B - $150mil+ Funding position at Strativ Group?
Senior AI Engineer - Series B - $150mil Funding
A high-growth AI startup ($150mil in funding) is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the engineering of production-grade LLM and agent systems powering real-world healthcare automation.
Backed by tier-1 VCs, the business has moved beyond experimentation and into scale. With a current headcount of 70 and a clear roadmap to grow to 200, they are building the category-defining Generative AI automation platform for Healthcare, serving both B2B enterprise clients and B2C users.
This is not a research-heavy role. This is about shipping robust, scalable, secure LLM systems into production in one of the most complex and regulated industries in the world. You will own the end-to-end engineering of LLM-driven product, from architecture and evaluation to deployment and monitoring. You will design agentic workflows, build retrieval-augmented systems, and optimise model performance for reliability, latency, and cost.
This position will work closely with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams to turn advanced Generative AI capabilities into compliant, production-ready healthcare solutions that meaningfully reduce administrative burden and improve patient outcomes. This is a chance to build systems that matter.
