If you've led research (pre or post training) or innovated with LLMs, Diffusion Models, Reinforcement Learning, or wider Transformer Architecture. We want to here from you!
Must haves..
- PhD - > CS / ML or similar
- 2 years of industry experience
- Fluent in the full experimental stack, from dataset design and large-batch training to rigorous evaluation and ablation, with an eye for what scales to production.
- Hands-on experience training large-scale models, including reward models, & preference models.
- Ideally at least 1x Tier 1 1st Author publication & proven track record of driving impact - > models, deployments, etc..
