Founding Engineer - Applied AI
Strativ are assembling the Founding Engineering team for a new AI startup tackling a $100bn per year inefficiency in the physical world. Fresh off an 8× oversubscribed Seed round - with investors including Palantir and OpenAI - the company is building advanced agentic AI to transform how $2T of industrial goods move through the global supply chain.
This is not another incremental SaaS tool. You’ll build AI systems and deploy agents that directly influence how Fortune 100 enterprises run their worldwide operations. You’ll be working alongside a world-class early team of ex-Quants, Oxford/Waterloo grads, and engineers from elite tech firms like X. The company has multiple early products already in motion, extremely strong inbound customer demand, and a long-term vision on the scale of Palantir’s early mission.

Key skills/experience required;
- 3 years' experience in Software Engineering
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Azure, etc.).
- Strong understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or custom-built tools)
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- MS / BS in CS or similar
