Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Founding Account Executive to join our team in San Jose. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing SaaS platform targeting the mid-market and enterprise segments. As an early revenue hire, you won't just be closing deals—you will help define our go-to-market playbook and establish a clear path to step into a Sales Manager role and beyond as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the Full Cycle: Drive outbound sales motions against assigned strategic accounts, while converting incoming leads from marketing, events, and referrals.
- Build Your Own Pipeline: While supported by a BDR team, you possess a founder's mindset and are expected to actively prospect and build your own pipeline.
- Engage the Enterprise: Confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior buyers (Professional Services Heads, Delivery Heads, Global Implementation/Delivery Heads, and Chief Customer Officers).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6 years of overall sales experience, with at least 3–4 years specifically selling mid-market or enterprise software to our core ICP (Professional Services/Delivery leaders).
- Proven Track Record: Experience working at high-growth software companies in the Process Orchestration, DAP, or PSA space (or similar industries)
- Stability & Drive: A history of commitment and impact in previous roles
- Location: Based in the Bay Area (San Jose, Foster City, Palo Alto, Dublin, Pleasanton, or surrounding areas) and able to work full-time out of our San Jose office.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Base: Up to $150,000 (depending on experience).
- Equity: Meaningful equity ownership via our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
