This role is hands-on, analytical, and visible, with regular exposure to executive leadership and board-level discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and mission-critical projects
- Lead cross-functional coordination between technical and commercial teams to ensure timely execution
- Build and maintain quantitative analyses, pricing models, financial models, and executive-level materials (e.g., board decks, pitch decks)
- Support major initiatives including fundraising, strategic planning, and operational scaling
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, resource allocation, and performance
- Prepare clear, data-driven reporting for leadership and board meetings
- Provide decision support on complex business problems in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Ideal Background
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, financial services, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Demonstrated track record of owning complex analyses and supporting senior decision-makers
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills; able to pull data quickly and synthesize insights clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating executive- and board-level materials
- Experience working with or advising technology companies (startups or large enterprises preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under pressure
Education & Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (strong academic background from a reputable university)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required
- Military experience (particularly U.S. Army) preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to apply for security clearance

Why This Role?
- Direct partnership with the CEO and exposure to board-level decision-making
- Opportunity to shape operations at a critical growth stage
- Broad scope, real ownership, and visible impact
- Competitive compensation and long-term upside
