Located in North Huntingdon and our second location The James Room in Irwin, our modern facility is the go-to destination for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and off-site catering. With over 65 years of experience, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and creative, customized menus.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team Player: Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and ensure food is prepared and presented according to our high standards.
- Time Management: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing time effectively to meet service demands.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on event schedules.
- Communication: Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with other kitchen staff.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and professional attitude toward providing excellent service.
