Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company revenue, project budgets, and financial performance
- Administer and help structure bonus and incentive programs tied to performance
- Forecast work-in-process (WIP) schedules and support accurate job cost reporting
- Collaborate with leadership during contract review and negotiations to support healthy profit margins
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures that improve field-level support, financial visibility, and accountability
- Serve as a member of the leadership team focused on continuous improvement and strong customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction accounting is required; electrical contracting experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and project-based financial management
- Experience supporting contract review and margin analysis
- Proven ability to implement or improve internal controls and financial procedures
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and project teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance accuracy with practical business judgment
