Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results - oriented Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to former and current patients to close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Phone Sales Representative -- Fort Lauderdale, FL
**Total Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commissioned sales**
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Conduct outbound calls to former and current patients.
· Answer inbound calls for request for products from former and current patients.
· Present our products/services to former and current patients.
· Understand patient needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
· Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals.
· Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and sales.
· Assist setting clinic appointments as needed by answering inbound calls that potentially overflow from the contact center.
· Build rapport and maintain a friendly and professional tone throughout the call.
· Sales – highlight key points to our services that align with the patient’s needs and
preferences.
· Handle objections professionally and provide solutions.
· Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including script adherence and compliance
with regulations.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
· Proven experience in phone sales or related role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong closing skills.
· Goal – oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
· Proficient in CRM software.
