Sales Representative — Captain's Fasteners
Fort Lauderdale, FL · Full-Time · Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Captain's Fasteners is a family-owned stainless steel fastener wholesaler serving contractors, marine, and industrial customers for decades. We are hiring a professional, well-spoken Sales Representative to support our customers by phone and email — no fastener experience required, we'll teach you the product.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting price quotes, orders, order changes, and cancellations
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and confirm details back to the customer in a timely manner
- Provide price and delivery information on stock items
- Listen to customer needs and help guide them to the right fastener product
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Generate new business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Contribute to meeting sales targets and account growth
Requirements
- Professional demeanor and clear, confident phone/email communication
- Coachable — willingness to learn the fastener industry; no prior experience required
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and managing time in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish fluency required
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Base salary commission on sales
- Income based on experience and problem-solving ability
- Paid biweekly
