POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across digital and phone channels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inquiry Management: Efficiently process and resolve incoming customer requests via email, live chat, and phone calls.
Account Support: Assist clients with order tracking, returns, billing questions, and general service inquiries.
Problem Resolution: Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective, timely solutions.
System Documentation: Accurately record customer communications and updates within our customer management software.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Background: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, retail, or related service roles.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polite tone.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms) is preferred.
Professional Attributes: Excellent time management, active listening abilities, and a high level of patience.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Hourly Rate: $12.00 – $15.00 / hour
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours with predictable scheduling
