No problem, we provide all the preparation, tools, and coaching you need to succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build Relationships: Cultivate robust connections with both prospective and existing business clients.
• Consultative Sales: Present our product lineup through solution-oriented, persuasive messaging.
• Hit Targets: Track toward and consistently surpass weekly and monthly revenue milestones.
• Deliver Value: Ensure an outstanding client experience with rapid, thorough responses.
• Engage Accounts: Keep clients happy and retained through active, ongoing outreach.
• Stay Informed: Stay on top of Springfield market trends and broader industry updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Local Resident: Based in or around the Springfield, MO area.
• Ambition: Motivated to launch a long-term sales path (previous sales background is a plus, but never required).
• Interpersonal Skills: Clear, confident spoken and written communication.
• Collaboration: A team-minded attitude that elevates the group environment.
• Education & Status: High school diploma/GED and valid U.S. work authorization.

Schedule, Workplace & Compensation

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Setting: On-site / In-person in Springfield, MO
• Pay Model: Purely Commission-Based with additional milestone bonuses.
• Total Compensation Details: Earn through commissions, recurring performance bonuses, and milestone achievements.
