Commission-Based Sales Representative – Gemstone Trading (New York / Northern New Jersey)

We are seeking a motivated and trustworthy Sales Representative to support our gemstone trading operations in the New York Diamond District. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunities.

You will represent an international gemstone trading company, working directly with stones evaluated by Gemological Appraisal Laboratory and engaging with buyers within the New York dealer network.

Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with dealers and facilitate sales of high-value gemstones, including sapphires and other colored stones.

• Commission-based structure
• Estimated annual earnings: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on performance)
• High-value transactions = strong upside potential

• Must be based in:
• New York City (preferably Diamond District)
• OR Northern New Jersey
• This is not a Full time position and will only be activated when gemstones are shipped to New York to be sold.

• Develop and maintain relationships with gemstone dealers and buyers
• Coordinate viewings and presentations of gemstones
• Facilitate negotiations and assist in closing transactions
• Represent the company professionally within the Diamond District

• Experience in:
• Jewelry, gemstones, or luxury sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Highly reliable and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently and on commission
