Multiple Openings Available Summary Strategic Technology Institute (STi) is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – APG/CC personnel to support KC-135 Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot-Level aircraft maintenance operations. This position is based at Fairchild AFB, WA and requires travel to support maintenance operations throughout the United States and overseas. Ideal candidates are experienced KC-135 Crew Chiefs with a strong background in flight line maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring aircraft mission readiness. Responsibilities

• Perform Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot-Level maintenance on KC-135 aircraft.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and identify corrective actions.
• Remove, replace, repair, and modify aircraft components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret Technical Orders, engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform operational and functional checks.
• Support aircraft launches, recoveries, and maintenance inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Travel as required to support mission requirements. Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing maintenance on an Air Force wide-body aircraft (KC-135 preferred).
• Experience performing Organizational, Intermediate, or Depot-Level aircraft maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret Technical Orders, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Clearance Required.
