Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations is a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization while driving execution of the company’s strategic plan. Reporting to the President, this role holds full accountability for operational performance, including profit and loss, and ensures alignment across all core business functions.
This individual serves as a key partner to leadership, translating strategy into execution, driving organizational alignment, and fostering a high-performing, accountable team. The VP of Operations combines strategic leadership with operational discipline to scale the business, improve performance, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Execute strategic and business plans, ensuring alignment across all departments
- Drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and profitability targets
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and workflows to support growth
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Foster alignment, accountability, and collaboration across functions
- Build a culture of performance, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Set clear expectations and support leaders in achieving business objectives
EOS & Performance Management
- Lead adoption and execution of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Drive effective use of scorecards, rocks, and meeting rhythms
- Ensure organizational clarity around priorities and accountability
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership
Financial & Operational Performance
- Own and manage company-level P&L performance
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion initiatives that enhance customer experience and profitability
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
- Lead cross-functional implementation of new tools and processes
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Enhance internal communication and organizational transparency
- Support a strong, positive workplace culture
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with executive leadership to refine and execute long-term strategy
- Support key customer and strategic relationships
- Align sales commitments with operational execution
- Act as a key decision-maker on complex organizational challenges
Qualifications
Leadership Experience
- 10 years of leadership experience in a high-growth organization
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving performance
- Executive-level experience with P&L responsibility
EOS & Operational Expertise
- Experience working within or leading an EOS-driven organization
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and accountability systems
- Ability to implement and scale operational frameworks
Business & Strategic Acumen
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis)
- Experience in organizations with $25M–$50M in revenue preferred
Leadership & Mindset
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus

- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and alignment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
