Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive revenue growth, strengthen GC relationships, and lead the full sales and marketing engine of a growing specialty contractor in the commercial construction space.
This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing:

✔️ Estimating & Preconstruction
✔️ Bid Coordination
✔️ Project Management
✔️ Marketing & Digital Strategy
We are looking for someone with strong commercial construction experience who understands how to build relationships, grow pipelines, improve processes, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Ideal background:
▪️ Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
▪️ Strong business development and sales leadership experience
▪️ Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
▪️ Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging systems and technology to drive growth and efficiency
