Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 pay band or GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: interpreting and applying human resources (HR) laws, regulations, and policies to provide staffing and classification human resources (HR) management advisory and technical services; utilizing analytical methods to identify, evaluate, and mitigate problems; and experience utilizing automated information systems (e.g., Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), USA Staffing, HRLink) to execute HR business operations..Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
