Workday HCM Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC OR Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay: $65-70/hr W2
W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Overview:
This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Minneapolis OR Charlotte.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
- Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
- Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
- Prior Workday certification
- Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organization
Salary : $65 - $70
