S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has an opening for a ServiceDesk Analyst position for a leading Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX on a hybrid work basis. Please review the following if you are interested in joining a leading organization!
Location: Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX - Hybrid, 3x on site and 2x remote
Duration: 12 months possible extension
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr. W2. W2 only, sorry we cannot do C2C at this time
Must-Have Skills & Tools:
- 8 years of Service Management experience with incident problem and change process.
- ServiceNow detail knowledge, ITIL, ServiceDesk principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
- Proactive and can brainstorm ideas independently and make recommendations
- Clear and sharp communication, as well as ability to be direct
- Finance industry background
Additional Skills / Nice-to-Have:
- ITIL Certification
- Cybersecurity background
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IS, IT, or General Business
