INTERMEDIATE RECRUITER
DURATION- 1 year with extension or possible FTE
ONSITE- 4 days and 1 remote
LOCATION- Tampa, Phoenix, San Antonio and ONLY REMOTE FOR THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
PAY- $30-$35/Hr.
Job Overview
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
- Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
- Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
- Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer ??s needs.
- Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
- Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
Required skills in order of importance and number of years of experience for each skill.
- Experience in RPO or Staffing firms or Financial or Property Insurance Companies
- Must have high volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting customer service/contact center/call center new hires for entry level jobs
- CRM experience- Nothing specific but CRM/ATS
- High volume recruiting- Filling 18 class based hires per month
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center roles, supporting class-based hiring timeline
- Consultative communication style with ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market guidance
- Drive candidate pipeline from application through offer, ensuring consistent flow to meet class fill targets
- Conduct structured phone screens and assess candidates for customer service aptitude, communication skills, and role fit.
- Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and L&D to align on hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness
- Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring process
