INTERMEDIATE RECRUITER

DURATION- 1 year with extension or possible FTE

ONSITE- 4 days and 1 remote

LOCATION- Tampa, Phoenix, San Antonio and ONLY REMOTE FOR THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

PAY- $30-$35/Hr.

Job Overview

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
• Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
• Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
• Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer ??s needs.
• Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
• Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Required skills in order of importance and number of years of experience for each skill.

• Experience in RPO or Staffing firms or Financial or Property Insurance Companies
• Must have high volume recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting customer service/contact center/call center new hires for entry level jobs
• CRM experience- Nothing specific but CRM/ATS
• High volume recruiting- Filling 18 class based hires per month
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center roles, supporting class-based hiring timeline
• Consultative communication style with ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market guidance
• Drive candidate pipeline from application through offer, ensuring consistent flow to meet class fill targets
• Conduct structured phone screens and assess candidates for customer service aptitude, communication skills, and role fit.
• Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and L&D to align on hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness
• Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring process
