Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Markets
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)
Duration: 12 months Possible Extension/Conversion
Pay Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description:
- This role will lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives in Capital Markets.
- This position will manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- This position will serve as a liaison between Capital Markets front-office teams, line-of-business partners, and technology groups.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting.
- Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
- Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
- Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive-ready materials.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of project management experience, ideally within financial services
- Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (demonstrated working knowledge required)
- Proven ability to work with front-office teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations
- Experience delivering projects within banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics
- Regulatory project experience required
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
