Client Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely, accurate support regarding accounts, portfolios, and transactions
- Facilitate trade execution and assist with operational processing activities
- Review and approve client requests to ensure proper authorization and compliance with policies and procedures
- De-escalate client concerns professionally and deliver effective resolutions
- Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to enhance the client experience
- Work across multiple systems and platforms to process and manage operational tasks
- Identify unusual or suspicious activity and escalate issues as appropriate
- Support ongoing projects, reporting, and team initiatives as needed
- Maintain adherence to quality, compliance, information security, and operational standards
