Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interface and assist Route Sales Representatives that are in the field.
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails with customers, employees, and management - approximately 800 calls and 800 emails per month.
- Build and distribute Excel reports on roll over accounts, route completion, late starts, temporary routes, and add/remove stores from live routes.

The gross hourly rate is $16.00.
Qualifications:- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Hours are 9AM – 6PM, M-F
- Ability to work one Saturday per month with a day off during the week.
- Outgoing with the ability to positively interact with others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- High school diploma or equivalent
