With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
- Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
- Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
- Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.
Compensation Range: $50,544 – $59,280 annually
Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.

- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
- Be 25 years of age or older
- Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.
