Role Summary:
Directs and coordinates all on-site event activities, speaker movement, and production logistics to ensure seamless integration between physical and virtual event environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage event run-of-show execution and speaker coordination.
Coordinate backstage operations and presenter readiness.
Serve as primary liaison between production personnel and on-site event stakeholders.
Manage timing, transitions, and event flow during live operations.
Coordinate integration of remote participants into physical event environments.
Support contingency procedures and operational continuity activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting live events, conferences, or broadcast productions.
