Role Summary:
Provides senior-level video, audo, and/or engineering and production support for live virtual and hybrid events, including switching, routing, encoding, and streaming operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate and manage production switchers, video routing systems, and encoders.
Coordinate camera feeds, graphics, accessibility feeds, and program outputs.
Support live streaming, webcast transmission, and platform integration.
Monitor signal integrity and system performance during events.
Troubleshoot video-related technical issues.
Maintain redundancy and failover capabilities for mission-critical broadcasts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of experience supporting broadcast, webcast, or live event video production systems.
