Strategic Results is seeking a motivated Facilitator to support program management and organizational improvement initiatives for the U.S. Forest Service. The Facilitator will assist project teams by providing facilitation, business improvement support, and organizational development services that enhance the management of natural resource programs across multiple functional areas.

This position requires a collaborative professional with experience in facilitation, business process improvement, and organizational development who can effectively engage stakeholders, analyze data, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a federal consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Support business process improvement and organizational modernization initiatives for U.S. Forest Service programs.

· Apply business improvement and reengineering principles to assist organizational development and process enhancement projects.

· Assist with transitioning project teams and support the successful execution of project objectives and deliverables.

· Facilitate meetings, workshops, interviews, and collaborative discussions with Government stakeholders and project teams.

· Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.

· Interpret complex information and develop clear visual presentations and reports that support informed decision-making.

· Assist in developing methodologies, organizational assessments, and process improvement strategies.

· Provide training, knowledge transfer, and facilitation support to project teams and customer staff.

· Support performance measurement, benchmarking, and best practice identification across multiple initiatives.

· Collaborate with consultants and Government personnel to promote effective communication and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

· U.S. Citizenship

· Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources, Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.

· Experience in facilitation, management consulting, organizational development, or business process improvement.

· Knowledge of change management, activity and data modeling, performance measurement, and benchmarking methodologies.

· Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

· Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions in a collaborative environment.

· Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred:

· Experience supporting the U.S. Forest Service, USDA, or other Federal agencies.

· Familiarity with natural resource management programs and organizational improvement initiatives.

· Experience developing business improvement methodologies and process documentation.

· Experience creating data visualizations, reports, and executive-level presentations.

· Knowledge of federal consulting environments and Government program support.

Strategic Results

In assuming this position, you will play an important role in helping the U.S. Forest Service improve organizational performance and program effectiveness through facilitation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your ability to engage stakeholders, analyze operational challenges, and support organizational transformation initiatives will contribute directly to the successful delivery of critical natural resource management programs and strengthen partnerships with Government leadership.

Pay: $73,000.00 per year
