Role: Senior Systems Analyst 6
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Local Candidates Only
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Interview: In-person (1 Hour)
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and support of LIMS platforms
Gather and document requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
Translate lab workflows into system requirements
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for integrations and upgrades
Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), UAT, and training
Improve lab processes (sample tracking, reporting, QC)
Required Skills
8 years in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis
Strong experience with LIMS (Clinisys, STARLIMS, LabWare)
Experience with SQL, APIs, HL7, ETL integrations
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI/Tableau
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable)
Onsite: Wednesday & Thursday
Remote: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
Must be within 90 miles of Lansing, MI
