- Lead implementation and support of LIMS platforms
- Gather and document requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Translate lab workflows into system requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for integrations and upgrades
- Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), UAT, and training
- Improve lab processes (sample tracking, reporting, QC)
- 8 years in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis
- Strong experience with LIMS (Clinisys, STARLIMS, LabWare)
- Experience with SQL, APIs, HL7, ETL integrations
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI/Tableau
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Onsite: Wednesday & Thursday
- Remote: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- Must be within 90 miles of Lansing, MI
