Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience.
  • 8 years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise software development projects.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional Agile software engineering teams.
  • Experience creating project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and governance documentation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience leading large enterprise initiatives and organizational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
