Senior Project Manager – Owner's Representative (Commercial Interiors)
ACRE Project Management is seeking an experienced Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of commercial interiors project management experience to join our growing team.
As an Owner's Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor, advocating for our clients throughout the planning, design, construction, and occupancy phases of workplace projects.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills who can manage multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the owner's interests throughout all phases of commercial office interior projects.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
- Coordinate design and construction teams to ensure project goals, quality standards, budgets, and schedules are achieved.
- Facilitate meetings, document project decisions, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Review project costs, contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
- Identify potential issues early and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Support business development efforts by fostering long-term client and industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of commercial interiors project management experience.
- Experience serving as an Owner's Representative or managing tenant improvement projects is required.
- Ability to travel for project needs.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
