Position Responsibilities
- Assist the command during validation meetings and provide recommendations for newly arrived requirements.
- Support requests for information, production requirements, and assigned higher and adjacent organization task actions.
- Access classified and unclassified intelligence applications to help record and input requirements into command tracking systems.
- Monitor requirements received through systems and channels such as COLISEUM, ETMS2, Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway, AMHS, and email.
- Ensure tasks are recorded, validated, completed, and disseminated to MCIA customers by required suspense dates.
- Support time-sensitive command tasks and request for information requirements.
- Communicate with MCIA and MCISRE leadership using established procedures and knowledge/task management applications.
- Receive, update, process, and communicate critical information regarding command tasks.
- Assist with periodic updates to the Command Requirements Management Process.
- Provide input to requirements management improvement initiatives.
- Produce written products that meet MCIA standards and follow MCIA production and review processes.
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to work on-site at Quantico, VA.
- Senior-level experience in intelligence mission management, intelligence requirements management, request for information management, task tracking, or intelligence operations coordination.
- Experience supporting suspense-driven intelligence workflows.
- Experience working with classified and unclassified intelligence applications or task-management systems.
- Ability to coordinate requirements, monitor suspense dates, and support leadership decision-making.
- Ability to communicate clearly with intelligence stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to produce clear written products aligned to mission standards and review processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Approximately 12 or more years of experience related to the labor category.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus additional senior-level experience may be considered.
- Recent experience supporting DoD, Marine Corps, MCIA, MCISRE, or Intelligence Community missions.
- Experience with COLISEUM, ETMS2, Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway, AMHS, RTASC, or similar intelligence/task-management systems.
- Experience supporting command requirements management processes.
