Key Responsibilities
- Integrate Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) into joint planning efforts across JPGs, OPGs, and OPTs
- Develop and support CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, and contingency plans in alignment with combatant command objectives
- Coordinate Evaluation Request and Response Messages and support RAPCO processes
- Ensure compliance and synchronization within Special Access Programs (SAP) and ACCM environments
- Integrate cyberspace operations and other non-kinetic capabilities into the Operational Information Environment (OIE)
- Collaborate with interagency, intelligence community, and joint partners to align planning efforts
- Support targeting integration and effects planning across relevant planning cycles (e.g., D3A, F3EAD)
- Provide planning, coordination, and assessment support for sensitive and compartmented activities
- Prepare and deliver briefings and planning products for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum 5 years of experience in STO/IJSTO planning at the Service, Joint, or Combatant Command level
- Demonstrated experience supporting joint planning processes (JOPP, APEX, MDMP)
- Experience working within SAP, SCI, or ACCM environments
- Strong understanding of cyberspace operations integration into joint plans
- Experience developing operational plans, orders, and strategic planning products
- Ability to operate within highly classified and compartmented environments
- Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or recent experience supporting USCYBERCOM or Fort Meade missions
- Background in Information Operations (IO), MISO/PSYOP, MILDEC, OPSEC, or EW integration
- Familiarity with RAPCO, IJSTO frameworks, and STO processes
- Experience with joint targeting methodologies (D3A, F3EAD)
- Prior experience in Special Operations or Irregular Warfare environments
- Completion of relevant courses such as: Joint Information Operations Planners Course Defense OPSEC Planners Course MILDEC Planners Course
