This position is for an in-office role and cannot be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

- Prior experience working in a legal setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-filing systems
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Excellent professional references and a polished, dependable demeanor
What You’ll Bring
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Clear and confident communication with attorneys, staff, and clients
- Proven success managing multiple cases with accuracy and close attention to detail
- Experience organizing files, drafting and reviewing documents, scheduling court dates, and researching case materials
- Extensive knowledge of MS Word and the full Office suite; Legal Software experience is a huge bonus!
- A Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred.
