Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

A respected Atlanta law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join its established transactional practice.

The firm represents a longstanding roster of commercial clients, developers, investors, and business owners throughout the region. This opportunity offers direct exposure to sophisticated transactions, meaningful responsibility, and close collaboration with experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documents and agreements
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
• Conduct due diligence and transactional analysis
• Communicate directly with clients and transaction participants
• Support attorneys in managing complex commercial transactions from inception through closing
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar or eligibility to waive into Georgia
• Minimum of two years of commercial real estate, corporate, or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment
