Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation case files from intake through resolution, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are consistently met.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate scheduling of hearings, depositions, meetings, and other case-related events.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and discovery materials.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, witness lists, and case summaries.
- Track case progress, monitor calendars, and update internal systems to reflect current status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date case information.
- Utilize legal software and case management systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a legal environment, preferably within litigation, is required.
- Familiarity with legal software or case management platforms is a huge plus.
