You must be dually licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi to be considered for this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience handling insurance defense or related civil litigation matters, including taking depositions, attending hearings, managing discovery, and assisting with case strategy
- Active licensure in both Mississippi and Louisiana, in good standing
- Strong billing experience and an understanding of insurance carrier reporting requirements
- Impeccable legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- A solid academic background
- Exceptional client interaction skills and a strong commitment to providing responsive, high-quality service
- The ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, and competing priorities
- A stable work history & references with a proven track record of professional success
- A true passion for litigation and the practice of law
