Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative
- Engage customers face-to-face to drive sales of AT&T wireless products and services
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend smartphones, data plans, and upgrades
- Close sales by presenting value, promotions, and personalized solutions
- Deliver confident product demonstrations to increase sales conversions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to activation
- Track daily sales performance and consistently hit or exceed goals
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat sales and referrals
