About the Role:
Metro by T-Mobile is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team. If you enjoy helping people, have a passion for technology, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading wireless brand
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products and services
- Explain wireless plans, devices, and features clearly and confidently
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain store appearance and assist with inventory management.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and wireless technology.
