Part-Time School Support Staff | $21/hour
Capistrano Unified School District | South Orange County
We’re hiring part-time School Support Staff to support K–12 students with disabilities in public and charter schools across South Orange County. You’ll work with students one-on-one and in small groups in the classroom to help them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Some local travel between schools is required.
Daily Responsibilities
- Support students with special needs in classroom settings
- Assist teachers with instruction and classroom activities
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidates will Have
- Experience working or volunteering with children (school or camp experience a plus)
- Patience and great people skills
- Driver’s license and transportation (within 15 miles of Mission Viejo/San Clemente)
- Able to pass fingerprinting (we cover the cost)
- Bilingual a plus
Schedule
- Choose 3–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- 5–6 hours/day between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
