Role Description The Instructional Aide role is a part-time, on-site position located in Vista, CA. The Instructional Aide supports classroom instruction by assisting teachers with daily activities, reinforcing lesson concepts, and helping students stay engaged and on task. This role includes working directly with students in small groups or one-on-one, guiding them through enrichment activities, and providing encouragement and academic support. Responsibilities may also involve preparing materials, setting up learning spaces, monitoring student safety and behavior, and collaborating with school staff to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The Instructional Aide is expected to follow school policies and Strategic Kids guidelines while contributing to a supportive learning experience for all students.
