The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans, ensuring patients’ physical and emotional well-being during their recovery process. Responsibilities:Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and provide direct care to promote recovery.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home care, and recovery strategies.Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition.Provide emotional support to patients and families during the rehabilitation process.Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients, addressing any concerns or needs.
